Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States. Shipping is free on every US order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Delivery time

Delivery to the US typically takes 3–7 business days after shipping. These are estimates: occasional delays can happen due to the carrier, high order volumes or circumstances outside our control.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We can't be responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at contact@meltie-shop.com.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package hasn't arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@meltie-shop.com with your order number and we'll help you resolve it.
