Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Perfect Fit Promise

We want you to love your Solen tank. If it isn't right for you, you can request an exchange or a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges (wrong size)

If your tank doesn't fit, email us at contact@meltie-shop.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need. We'll help you exchange it for another size.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• returned within 30 days of delivery;
• unworn, unwashed and in its original condition;
• returned with proof of purchase (order number).

To start a return, contact us at contact@meltie-shop.com. We'll reply with instructions and the return address. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card issuer to process it.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at contact@meltie-shop.com with your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we'll offer a replacement or a refund.
